By accessing or using Osydra, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Osydra is an AI-powered code generation and chat platform. We provide AI-assisted coding through multiple specialized agents. Generated code is provided as-is and should be reviewed before production use.

3. Accounts & Credits

You must create an account to use Osydra. Each tier includes a monthly credit allocation. Credits are consumed based on AI model usage and reset monthly. Unused credits do not roll over. Top-up credits do not expire.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Osydra to generate malicious code, malware, or content that violates applicable laws. You are responsible for reviewing and testing all generated code before deployment.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of code generated through Osydra. We claim no intellectual property rights over your generated output. The Osydra platform, branding, and underlying technology remain our property.

6. Limitation of Liability

Osydra is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of generated code, service interruptions, or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact hello@osydra.com.
